The arrangement as appears from this website is accepted.
It is understood that payment has to be made in accordance with the provisions as set out in the website before information regarding freight loads will be made available.
It is understood that while In Excess Trading 37 (Pty) Ltd introduces me to clients or companies who might require transport services, this introduction and/or the ensuing relationship between the parties will attract no liability whatsoever to In Excess Trading 37 (Pty) Ltd.
It is accepted that In Excess Trading 37 (Pty) Ltd cannot guarantee the availability of the freight to be transported, the price at which it is available to be transported or the time or location from where it should be transported.
It is understood that after this introduction to owners/contactors who require freight transport, the transporter carry the responsibility for contacting such owners/contractors of freight, to negotiate with them the price for the transport of the freight and/or any other issues which might be related to the carrying of such freight.
It is understood that the package purchased will only allow for a certain number of vehicles to use the LOAD application as indicated in the package. Should this not be adhered to, In Excess Trading 37 (Pty) Ltd. shall have the right to disable certain trucks and prevent them from using the LOAD application.
I accept the arrangement as appears on this website.
I understand and give permission that the availability of freight to be transported may be advertised on this LOAD application/website.
I understand that through the LOAD application/website I hope to be introduced to a transport company who would be interested to transport my freight – on the basis that In Excess Trading 37 (Pty) Ltd accepts no liability whatsoever as a result of the meeting of the parties.
I understand that after the introduction to a transport company through this website, I carry the responsibility to negotiate the terms for the transport of the freight and any issue which might be related to the carrying of such freight.
Any information received by In Excess Trading 37 (Pty) Ltd via the LOAD application/website will be used only as set out in the arrangement as appears from this website.
Any information published through the use of the LOAD application/website will be treated as confidential and will not be relayed to any third party without your consent.
It is understood that once the Transporter/Transport Company enters into an agreement and has made the required payment, the agreement remains in force for the prescribed period.
Should the period agreement fees not be paid the website will automatically be closed to the transporter.
The agreement may be cancelled after giving a month’s written notice.
No fees will be refunded as no goods are sold through the Load application and website. We are only supplying a service, this agreement can be cancelled as set out under the cancellation policy.
